Privacy Policy
The Predictor · Last updated October 11, 2026
The Predictor ("the app") is a study app for nursing students, published by Yasiel Perez. This policy explains what information the app handles.
Information we collect
We do not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. The app does not require an account, and it does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your study progress, notes, settings and any PDF or EPUB files you choose to import on your device. Your study progress is also saved to your own private iCloud account (using Apple's iCloud services, such as CloudKit or iCloud Drive) so it can stay in sync across your devices. That data lives in your personal iCloud, is protected by your Apple account and is governed by Apple's privacy terms. We do not have access to it, and it is not sent to us or to any third party. Deleting the app's data from your iCloud settings removes it. If you use device backups, Apple may also include the app's data in those backups.
Files you import
Files you add to your Library are copied into the app on your device. We never see them. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you import.
Children
The app is intended for adult students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Not medical advice
The Predictor is a study aid. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your instructors, your facility's policies and the orders you are given. The Predictor is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCSBN. NCLEX is a registered trademark of NCSBN.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
